Ordered this for my emergency prep kit. The product arrived on time and packaged well. The plastic container is sealed with a removable band similar to that on a 5 gal paint bucket. I opened mine to make sure that it contained the correct amount of seed and was happy to know the lid will also snap shut fairly tight even after breaking the band seal. The seeds are labeled very clearly with the package date, test percentage, and purity. They are packed in individually wrapped Mylar bags. The bags are hand sealed and they all looked great except my eggplant seeds. The package had about a centimeter spot that didn't seal correctly and the seeds were spilled out into the bottom of the container. I simply put them back through the hole in the package and taped them up. I called customer service to tell them about it and receive a call back the next day. The customer service rep told me it wouldn't affect the seeds but they wanted to send me some more for my trouble and let me pick the ones I wanted! I couldn't' be happier with the product and the level of customer service I received!! GREAT BUY!
